Marrakech Airport is ten minutes away, as is the mainline railway Station.
Weather is fine and sunny in winter, although nights get cold, and summers are very hot.
Things to do apart from all the huge variety of shops and restaurants and of course exploring the fascinating Jemal f’na Square and the souks include golf tennis riding and swimming in one of the many pools including Plage Rouge and Nikki Beach. In the winter skiing is only two hours away.

Our apartment in Marrakech is truly luxurious. It is situated in Gueliz, 5 minutes walk from Avenue Mohammed V, which has all the main shops. Walking right up this broad Avenue brings you to the Koutoubia and the world famous Jemal f’na Square and the Souks.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a modern building with delightful Moroccan architecture. We were the first owners, buying the apartment off plan. The developer and the architect live in the building and are friends of ours.
The front door opens into the hall which leads through an archway into a dining room seating 8 and onwards into the spacious living room, which in turn opens via sliding windows into a plant filled patio garden.
Also off the hall are two double bedrooms, one twin and one double, a bathroom, and the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom. This master bedroom also enjoys access to the patio/garden via sliding French windows.
Also off the hall is a large fully fitted kitchen which leads into a breakfast room which in turn opens into the patio garden.
The garden is filled with Moroccan pots containing flowering plants, and there is a small heated swimming pool.
Off the garden is a maid’s room with WC and shower which is currently set up as a laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
